Understanding Your Monthly Report

Your monthly report is available in your client portal under Reports as soon as it is published each month. This article explains what each section covers and how to read it.

When your report is published

Reports are published between the 3rd and 7th of the following month. You will receive an email notification when your report is ready. All previous reports remain accessible in your portal.

What your report includes

Depending on your service package, your report may include some or all of the following sections:

  • SEO Performance — keyword rankings, organic traffic, Google Search Console impressions and clicks. Rankings fluctuate naturally — what matters is the overall trend over 3–6 months.
  • Google Business Profile — profile views, direction requests, calls, and website clicks from your GBP listing.
  • Paid Advertising — impressions, clicks, cost per click, conversions, and return on ad spend. Early campaigns (first 30–90 days) are in a learning phase and results improve as data accumulates.
  • Social Media — reach, engagement, follower growth, and top-performing posts.
  • Website Performance — sessions, users, bounce rate, and top pages from Google Analytics.
  • Summary and Next Steps — our analysis of the month and what we are focusing on next.

Understanding early-stage results

SEO and paid ads both require time to build momentum. SEO results are typically visible after 3–6 months. Paid ads improve as the algorithm learns from your campaign data — the first 30–60 days are a data-gathering phase. If you have questions about specific numbers in your report, please raise a ticket and we will explain.
