How to Submit a Website Change Request

To ensure your website changes are completed quickly and accurately, please submit all requests through your support portal rather than by email. This gives your request a ticket reference number, assigns it to the right team member, and lets you track progress in real time.

What to include in your request

The more detail you provide, the faster we can action your request without needing to come back to you. Please include:

  • Which page needs to be changed (include the full URL if possible)
  • What exactly needs to change — be specific. For example: “Replace the hero image on the About page with the attached photo” rather than “update the website”
  • Any files or images — attach them directly to the ticket
  • Any text changes — paste the new text in the ticket description rather than attaching a Word document where possible
  • Your deadline if the change is time-sensitive

How long does it take?

Standard website change requests are completed within 3–5 working days. Complex changes (new pages, new sections, design work) may take longer and we will confirm a timeline with you when we receive your ticket.

What happens after you submit

You will receive an automatic confirmation email with your ticket reference number. Once the change is made, we will reply to your ticket with a link to review. Please check and confirm so we can mark the ticket as resolved.

For urgent changes

If your change is urgent (for example, incorrect information on a live page that affects your business), please mark your ticket as High Priority when submitting and we will aim to respond within 8 working hours.
