What Happens in Your First 30 Days With Us
Your onboarding is a structured process, not a free-for-all.
When you come on board as a Market Forever client, the first 30 days are dedicated to foundations. Rushing into execution before this groundwork is complete is one of the most common reasons marketing campaigns underperform. We do not skip this stage.
Week 1 — Onboarding and Discovery
You will complete our onboarding form and attend a discovery call with your account lead. We use this to understand your business, your audience, your competitors, and your goals in detail. You will also receive access to your client portal during this week.
Week 2 — Strategy and Access Setup
We review everything gathered during discovery and begin building your strategy. We will also request access to your existing platforms — Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and your website. Please action access requests promptly, as delays here push back your campaign launch.
Week 3 — Build Phase
Campaigns, content calendars, landing pages, and ad creatives are built and reviewed internally. Everything goes through a quality assurance check before it reaches you for approval.
Week 4 — Review, Approve, and Launch
You review and approve all materials. Once approved, campaigns go live. Your first monthly report will cover the end of Month 1 and will establish your baseline performance data.
Why does this take 30 days?
Because doing it properly takes time. Agencies that promise results in the first week are either cutting corners or selling you something that will not last. We build for performance, not for speed.
What we need from you
- Completed onboarding form within 48 hours of signing
- Platform access granted within 5 business days
- Prompt responses to approval requests (we operate on a 48-hour approval window)
- A nominated internal contact for all communications
